| Resumen: |
Work is a psychosocial activity that influences health and well-being. Psychosocial risk remains highly prevalent despite extensive Latinamerican legislative output. The aim of this research is to identify and compare psychosocial risk factors in a transnational sample of six companies from the service and production sectors in Colombia and Peru during 2025. Method: A quantitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional study was conducted with 1,039 workers from six companies in Colombia and Peru. The Psychosocial Risk Battery was used to assess intralaboral risk. 36.5% of participants presented high or very high intralaboral risk. The most critical domain was demands. The service sector exhibited greater risk than the production sector. Risk was higher among women and auxiliary-level positions, decreasing as age increased. Conclusions: Psychosocial risk arises from the interaction of individual, organizational, and sociodemographic factors. The high demands burden reveals structural misalignments that generate frustration and require collective interventions oriented toward well-being. |
