Resumen:	Este libro, basado en la teoría del marxismo-leninismo, tiene como objetivo estudiar la esencia, el contenido y las características de varios sistemas legales en China en diferentes períodos históricos, así como las reglas del desarrollo del sistema legal chino. Combina eficazmente el análisis clásico e histórico para investigar los hechos históricos y elaborar el papel histórico del sistema legal, revelando las reglas generales y específicas del desarrollo del sistema legal chino sobre la base de las investigaciones relevantes existentes. El tema es de abundante importancia teórica y práctica, ya que enriquece los estudios jurídicos marxistas, profundiza la comprensión de los lectores sobre la civilización jurídica china y ofrece principios rectores para la creación de sistemas jurídicos socialistas con características chinas. Los capítulos están estructurados cronológicamente, desde las dinastías Xia y Shang, la dinastía Zhou occidental, el período de primavera y otoño, la dinastía Han, las dinastías del Sur y del Norte, las dinastías Sui y Tang, la dinastía Song hasta las dinastías Ming y Qing. cuando el sistema legal chino tomó su forma final. Los capítulos están compilados según la legislación, el derecho administrativo, el derecho penal y el sistema judicial. Además, también se aborda la civilización jurídica china tras la Revolución de 1911 liderada por Sun Yat-sen.
