Resumen:	Este libro, basado en la teoría del marxismo-leninismo, tiene como objetivo estudiar la esencia, el contenido y las características de varios sistemas legales en China en diferentes períodos históricos, así como las reglas del desarrollo de los sistemas legales chinos. Combina eficazmente el análisis clásico y el análisis histórico para investigar hechos históricos y elaborar el papel histórico del sistema legal, revelando las reglas generales y específicas del desarrollo del sistema legal de China sobre la base de la investigación relevante existente. El tema es de abundante importancia teórica y práctica, ya que enriquece los estudios jurídicos marxistas, profundiza la comprensión de los lectores sobre la civilización jurídica de China y ofrece principios rectores para la creación de sistemas jurídicos socialistas con características chinas.
