Resumen:	Este libro reúne estudios de casos presentados en la Conferencia Internacional sobre Investigación e Innovación Responsables en Ciencia, Innovación y Sociedad (RRI-SIS2017). Destaca iniciativas y proyectos europeos en diversos ámbitos y contextos, cada uno de los cuales explora cómo crear directrices y buenas prácticas para la investigación e innovación responsables y cómo promoverlas entre los ciudadanos, las partes interesadas de la industria, los responsables políticos y de toma de decisiones, los financiadores de la investigación y las instituciones educativas para Fomentar su adopción como posible punto de referencia en el establecimiento de procesos de RRI. Además, el libro analiza cuestiones éticas y de género, que son muy relevantes para las iniciativas de RRI en relación con la representatividad, los riesgos y, en algunos casos, los derechos de las minorías.
