Este volumen es el primer libro que mapea una amplia gama de prácticas y examina críticamente el impacto de los programas educativos y de extensión en teatros y compañías teatrales de todo el mundo. Este volumen innovador analiza específicamente la manera en que los teatros y las compañías de teatro participan en el trabajo educativo, de extensión y comunitario. Una serie de estudios de casos globales examina una amplia gama de prácticas innovadoras y existentes, y analiza cómo este trabajo logra resultados exitosos y genera impacto y resultados en la inversión.
