Este conjunto de dos volúmenes de LNCS 11706 y LNCS 11707 constituye las actas arbitradas de la 30.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Aplicaciones de Sistemas Expertos y Bases de Datos, DEXA 2019, celebrada en Linz, Austria, en agosto de 2019.
