Resumen:	Este libro explora la importancia de la compasión y la empatía en contextos educativos. Si bien se reconoce ampliamente que la compasión y la empatía son claves para vivir una vida feliz y saludable, hay poco escrito sobre cómo se pueden enseñar estas cualidades a niños y jóvenes, o cómo los maestros pueden modelar estos rasgos en su propia práctica. Este libro comparte varios modelos de compasión y empatía que se pueden implementar en contextos escolares, y también examina cómo se presentan estas cualidades en los libros ilustrados, las películas y los juegos para niños.
