Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la 13.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Informática Cerebral, BI 2020, celebrada en Padua, Italia, en septiembre de 2020. La conferencia se celebró virtualmente debido a la pandemia de COVID-19. Los 33 artÃculos completos fueron cuidadosamente revisados ​​y seleccionados entre 57 presentaciones.
