Este libro se centra en las trayectorias políticas recientes dentro de la región del Mar Báltico, desde una de las historias de éxito del regionalismo en Europa hasta una posible zona de confrontación militar entre Rusia y la OTAN. Los autores examinan de cerca las siguientes cuestiones: nuevos desafíos de seguridad para la región derivados de las políticas acérrimas anti-UE y anti-OTAN de Rusia, instituciones y prácticas de gobernanza multinivel en la región, y diferentes estrategias culturales que emplean los actores regionales. Los hilos comunes de este volumen innovador son las cuestiones relativas al cambio de fronteras y límites en la región, y las lógicas de inclusión y exclusión que dan forma a sus contornos políticos. Desde diversas posiciones disciplinarias y metodológicas, los autores explican las políticas de estados específicos del Mar Báltico, así como las cuestiones estructurales que los convierten en una región. |
