Este libro busca desmitificar la persistencia de la relación especial angloamericana (AASR) en la era posterior a la Guerra Fría mediante la construcción de una nueva teoría de la persistencia de la alianza. Esta teoría de la persistencia de la alianza no sólo tiene un poder explicativo más fuerte que el modelo predominante de intereses y sentimientos, sino que también abre una nueva manera de comprender qué factores han impedido el colapso de la AASR. Este nuevo e innovador volumen llena el vacío en la literatura sobre AASR al centrarse en el importante papel de la institucionalización en el sostenimiento de la AASR, un factor que ha sido significativamente pasado por alto en la investigación académica existente. . |
