Resumen:	A lo largo de su historia compartida, las Iglesias ortodoxa y católica oriental han vivido una relación muy compleja y a veces tensa, no sólo teológicamente sino también políticamente. En la mayoría de los casos, estas relaciones persisten hasta el día de hoy; de hecho, en algunos casos la tensión ha aumentado. En julio de 2019, académicos de ambas tradiciones se reunieron en Stuttgart, Alemania, para una conferencia sin precedentes dedicada a explorar y superar la división entre estas iglesias. Este libro, el segundo de una serie de dos volúmenes de ensayos presentados en la conferencia, explora las implicaciones ecuménicas y prácticas de la relación entre las Iglesias ortodoxa y católica oriental. Al igual que la conferencia, el volumen reúne a representantes de estas Iglesias, así como a teólogos de diferentes contextos geográficos donde las tensiones son mayores. Los ensayos publicados representan los grandes logros de la conferencia: voluntad de entablar un diálogo, apertura general a nuevas ideas y oportunidades para abordar cuestiones difíciles y sanar heridas heredadas.
