Este conjunto de dos volúmenes constituye las actas de la 19.ª Conferencia IFIP WG 6.11 sobre comercio electrónico, servicios electrónicos y sociedad electrónica, I3E 2020, celebrada en Skukuza, Sudáfrica, en abril de 2020.* El total de 80 documentos completos y Se revisaron y seleccionaron cuidadosamente 7 artÃculos breves presentados en estos volúmenes entre 191 presentaciones. Los artÃculos están organizados en las siguientes secciones temáticas: Parte I: cadena de bloques; cuarta revolución industrial; comercio electrónico; Procesos de negocios; big data y aprendizaje automático; y TIC y educación Parte II: Gobierno electrónico; eSalud; seguridad; medios de comunicación social; conocimiento y gestión del conocimiento; TIC e igualdad de género y desarrollo; sistemas de información para la gobernanza; y experiencia de usuario y usabilidad *Debido a la pandemia global de COVID-19 y las consiguientes restricciones de viaje y bloqueo impuestos en todo el mundo, desafortunadamente el evento de la conferencia I3E 2020 programado para realizarse en Skukuza, Sudáfrica, fue cancelado. |
