Resumen:	Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas posteriores a la conferencia de la Tercera Conferencia Internacional EAI sobre Innovaciones y Soluciones Interdisciplinarias para Áreas Subatendidas, InterSol 2019, y la Octava Conferencia sobre Investigación en Ciencias de la Computación y sus Aplicaciones, CNRIA 2019, celebrada en Saint-Louis, Senegal, en abril de 2019. Los 16 trabajos presentados fueron seleccionados de 34 presentaciones y abordan diferentes problemas en áreas subatendidas y no atendidas. Afrontan problemas en casi todos los sectores, como energía, agua, comunicación, clima, alimentación, educación, transporte, desarrollo social y crecimiento económico.
