Resumen:	Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la Tercera Conferencia Internacional sobre Tecnologías Emergentes en Computación, iCEtiC 2020, celebrada en Londres, Reino Unido, en agosto de 2020. Debido a la pandemia VOVID-19, la conferencia se llevó a cabo virtualmente.
