Resumen:	Este libro explora las profundidades de la filosofía libertaria y destaca la necesidad de leyes que protejan a todos los individuos de la sociedad. Este libro define el libertarismo como una teoría de lo que es la ley justa, se basa en el principio de no agresión (NAP). Este fundamento legal de la filosofía libertaria establece que debería ser ilícito amenazar o participar en actos de violencia iniciática contra personas inocentes. En definitiva, este libro presenta la noción de defender lo "indefendible". Este libro lo define como; cualquier persona, institución, profesional, trabajador, que sea denostado por prácticamente todos, o prohibido por la ley, y que no viole el PNA. Este libro utiliza la filosofía política para presentar tres premisas fundamentales para explicar este punto de vista libertario. En primer lugar, este libro define el principio de no agresión (PNA). En segundo lugar, demuestra la importancia y relevancia de los derechos de propiedad privada en este contexto. Este libro utiliza ejemplos prácticos para demostrar la aplicación teórica de los derechos de libertad utilizando los principios del libertarismo. .
