Resumen:	Este libro constituye las actas posteriores a la conferencia arbitradas de la Quinta Conferencia Internacional sobre Ciencias de la Computación e Ingeniería en Servicios de Salud, COMPSE 2021, celebrada en julio de 2021. Debido a la pandemia de COVID-19, la conferencia se llevó a cabo de forma virtual. Los 17 artículos completos presentados fueron cuidadosamente revisados ​​y seleccionados entre 46 presentaciones.
