Este libro constituye las actas de la 21.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Sistemas de Información Empresarial, BIS 2018, celebrada en BerlÃn, Alemania, en julio de 2018. La conferencia BIS sigue las tendencias de investigación populares, tanto en el ámbito académico como empresarial. AsÃ, el tema de BIS 2018 fue "La transformación digital: un imperativo en los mercados empresariales actuales". Los 30 artÃculos presentados en este volumen fueron cuidadosamente revisados ​​y seleccionados entre 96 presentaciones.
