Este volumen de actas presenta nuevos métodos y aplicaciones en la investigación económica aplicada con énfasis en los avances en el análisis de datos de panel. Este volumen, que incluye artÃculos presentados en la Conferencia Internacional sobre EconomÃa Aplicada (ICOAE) de 2017 celebrada en la Universidad de Coventry, proporciona investigaciones actuales sobre metodologÃas de datos de panel econométricos tal como se aplican en microeconomÃa, macroeconomÃa, economÃa financiera y economÃa agrÃcola. La Conferencia Internacional de EconomÃa Aplicada (ICOAE) es una conferencia anual que comenzó en 2008 y está diseñada para reunir a economistas de diferentes campos de la investigación económica aplicada para compartir métodos e ideas. La economÃa aplicada es un campo de la economÃa en rápido crecimiento que combina la teorÃa económica con la econometrÃa para analizar los problemas económicos del mundo real, generalmente con intereses de polÃtica económica. Además, existe un creciente interés en el campo por los métodos, pruebas y técnicas de estimación de datos de panel. Este volumen hace una contribución en el campo de la investigación económica aplicada en esta área. Este libro, que incluye estudios especÃficos de cada paÃs, será de interés para académicos, estudiantes, investigadores, profesionales y formuladores de polÃticas en economÃa aplicada y polÃtica económica. |
