TÃtulo : Intervencion Terapeutica Interdisciplinar en Uci Neonatal (UCIN): Un estudio de caso Tipo de documento: documento electrónico Autores: Sandoval Vélez, Gina Tatiana, Autor ; Restrepo Soto, Jaime Alberto, Asesor Editorial: Manizales [Colombia] : Universidad de Manizales* Fecha de publicación: 2025 Colección: RiDUM - Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanas Subcolección: Maestria en Desarrollo Infantil Palabras clave: Desarrollo infantil Neonatos Unidad de Cuidado Intensivo Neonatal (UCIN) Crianza Rehabilitación Resumen: The article analyzed the interdisciplinary intervention process from the perspective of early intervention—neonatal therapy—and the changes that occur in neurobehavior and in parents' ability to care for high-risk newborns hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). A qualitative methodology focused on a case study was used, with a sample of ten high-risk newborns (≤ 37 weeks) who received interdisciplinary therapeutic intervention, together with their parents and the team of therapists. The results were organized into three areas: interdisciplinary therapeutic intervention, neurobehavior, and parental involvement. It was concluded that intervention in the NICU promotes the comprehensive development of newborns thanks to a set of actions that involved families.
