Leadership, as a business management tool within organizations, was found to be a fundamental factor for achieving optimal performance and meeting objectives effectively and efficiently. This study evaluated the influence of various leadership styles on the performance of commercial teams in financial services companies in Manizales. Based on the results, participative and transformational leadership styles were positively associated with higher motivation, goal achievement, and team commitment, while authoritarian leadership tended to hinder innovation and reduce employee satisfaction. The findings confirmed that leadership styles had a significant impact on job performance and organizational climate, highlighting the importance of implementing adaptive and human-centered leadership practices to improve commercial performance. |
