Contemporary digital transformation has generated a complex ecosystem characterized by multidimensional gaps that transcend simple technological access. This article analyzes emerging systemic challenges in the convergence of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital connectivity, examining how these disruptive technologies amplify existing socioeconomic asymmetries. Through a systematic review of recent literature (2024-2025) and analysis of global trends, three critical dimensions are identified: the access and digital literacy gap, organizational transformation through AI, and emerging cyber risks. Findings reveal that 47.6% of the population in regions such as India remains disconnected, while 85% of Spanish companies invest in AI, evidencing growing digital polarization. An integrative conceptual framework is proposed that articulates digital competencies, technological governance, and cyber-resilience as fundamental pillars to mitigate these gaps. Conclusions suggest that digital inclusion requires holistic strategies combining infrastructure, training, and adaptive regulatory frameworks |
