The qualitative research aimed to strengthen mathematical logical thinking through the use of these two digital platforms: GeoGebra and Khan Academy. Initially, the students' previous mathematical competencies were identified through interviews about their experience with mathematics in elementary school and a diagnostic assessment upon entering sixth grade. Subsequently, didactic sequences supported by GeoGebra and Khan Academy were implemented, designed to improve logical reasoning and understanding of key mathematical concepts. Finally, interviews were conducted to evaluate the students' perception of the use of these instruments, and the results obtained were weighted in relation to the topics covered. A data investigation was carried out using MaxQDA software, which allowed the identification of relevant emerging categories. Among the most relevant findings were that the use of these tools not only motivated students, but also facilitated the understanding of abstract concepts, significantly strengthening their mathematical logical thinking. The educational experience mediated by technology was positively valued, highlighting the potential of these tools to enrich the learning of mathematics. |
