Este libro presenta treinta y un relatos de futuros docentes del último año, brinda orientación y conocimientos para estudiantes de formación docente menos avanzados e ilustra el uso de historias de vida y relatos narrativos como métodos para que los futuros docentes exploren cuestiones educativas en el aula. práctica. Este enfoque de la historia de vida identifica aquellas fuerzas políticas, económicas y sociales que han incidido en el individuo en diferentes momentos de su vida y han contribuido al proceso de cambio de sus identidades. Estas historias no están escritas por especialistas establecidos en las áreas que abordan, sino por profesores novatos que se encuentran al comienzo de su camino hacia el dominio de las complejidades de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje en el entorno escolar. Como tal, el libro proporciona un marco de tutoría y un medio para ayudar a los futuros profesores a compartir sus valiosas experiencias y conocimientos sobre aspectos tales como cómo gestionar los requisitos de la práctica. Ayuda a establecer una relación de apoyo entre los futuros docentes, brindándoles acceso a valiosas experiencias de sus compañeros.
