El libro desafía a los teóricos a adoptar una postura interdisciplinaria y a pensar "fuera de lo común". Además, proporciona a los profesionales, como entrenadores, consejeros, terapeutas, formadores y personal médico, herramientas prácticas para transformar las experiencias y emociones negativas.
