Este libro de acceso abierto se centra en el desarrollo de métodos, herramientas TIC interoperables e integradas y técnicas de estudio para una gestión óptima del proceso de construcción. El sector de la construcción se enfrenta a una demanda cada vez mayor de grandes innovaciones en términos de desmaterialización digital y tecnologÃas como Internet de las cosas, big data, fabricación avanzada, robótica, impresión 3D, tecnologÃas blockchain e inteligencia artificial. La demanda de simplificación y transparencia en la gestión de la información y de racionalización y optimización de procesos muy fragmentados y fragmentados es un motor clave para la digitalización. El libro describe la contribución del Departamento ABC de la Universidad Politécnica de Milán (Politecnico di Milano) a las actividades de I+D en materia de métodos y herramientas TIC para la gestión interoperable de las diferentes fases del proceso de construcción, incluidos el diseño, la construcción y la gestión. Los estudios de casos informativos complementan la discusión teórica. El libro será de interés para todas las partes interesadas en el proceso de construcción (propietarios, diseñadores, constructores y directores de facultades), asà como para el sector de la investigación. |
