Este libro explora la interacción entre las artes escénicas, el patrimonio cultural inmaterial y los entornos digitales a través de un compendio de ensayos sobre prácticas emergentes y estudios de casos, asà como perspectivas crÃticas, históricas y teóricas. Presenta ensayos que abordan diversas formas de patrimonio cultural inmaterial, desde la música y la narración hasta la danza, el teatro y las artes marciales. Se proporcionan casos de intervenciones de tecnologÃa digital en diferentes entornos geográficos y culturales, desde Europa hasta Asia y América. En conjunto, la colección reflexiona sobre las implicaciones que tienen las intervenciones digitales en los compromisos con el patrimonio cultural inmaterial, su conservación y transmisión en diversas localidades.
