Analiza normas sustantivas, competencias, procedimientos así como las consecuencias e implicaciones de los distintos instrumentos. Combina el análisis del nivel europeo, ya sea la UE o el Consejo de Europa, con el del nivel nacional, en particular en Hungría y Polonia. La sentencia LM del Tribunal de Justicia de las Comunidades Europeas está sujeta a un examen detallado. |
