Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la 10.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Datos Computacionales y Redes Sociales, CSoNet 2021, que se celebró en lÃnea del 15 al 17 de noviembre de 2021. La conferencia se planeó inicialmente para tener lugar en Montreal, Quebec, Canadá, pero cambió a un evento en lÃnea debido a la pandemia de COVID-19. Los 24 artÃculos completos y 8 artÃculos breves incluidos en este libro fueron cuidadosamente revisados ​​y seleccionados de 57 presentaciones.
