Este libro reúne a destacados académicos en el campo de la creatividad para brindar una visión general y un examen del trabajo de Teresa Amabile, pionera de la investigación sobre la creatividad organizacional. Los autores exploran las contribuciones de la Dra. Amabile al estudio moderno de la creatividad en las organizaciones y su influencia en la investigación actual.
