En este volumen, los fundamentos del simbolismo se transforman en una discusión fenomenológica, tecnológica, filosófica y psicológica que enriquece el conocimiento de los lectores sobre estos fundamentos. Ofrece la oportunidad de repensar el impacto que ha tenido y sigue teniendo hoy la teoría de la evolución y las confirmaciones sobre la evolución como un hecho histórico y natural. El libro se divide en tres partes: Parte I Vida, significado e información Parte II Semiosis y evolución Parte III Física, medicina y bioenergética Comienza estableciendo un marco histórico, filosófico y científico general para la colección de estudios que seguir. A continuación se revisan algunos de los principales modelos de referencia de las teorías evolutivas: Síntesis Extendida, Darwinismo Formal y Biosemiótica. Los autores arrojan nueva luz sobre cómo repensar los procesos que subyacen a los orígenes y la evolución del conocimiento, la frontera entre los paradigmas teleonómicos y teleológicos de la evolución y su posible integración, la relación entre la lingüística y las ciencias biológicas, especialmente en referencia al concepto de causalidad, información biológica y los mecanismos de su transmisión, la diferencia entre intencionalidad física y biosemiótica, así como un examen de los resultados ofrecidos o derivados de la aplicación en la economía y la ingeniería del diseño, de modelos biosemióticos para la transmisión de la cultura, la digitalización y protodiseño. Este volumen es de fundamental interés científico y filosófico y se ve como una posibilidad para un diálogo basado en el pluralismo teórico y metodológico. It offers the opportunity to rethink the impact that evolution theory and the confirmations about evolution as a historical and natural fact, has had and continues to have today. The book is divided into three parts: Part I Life, Meaning, and Information Part II Semiosis and Evolution Part III Physics, medicine, and bioenergetics It starts by laying out a general historical, philosophical, and scientific framework for the collection of studies that will follow. In the following some of the main reference models of evolutionary theories are revisited: Extended Synthesis, Formal Darwinism andBiosemiotics. The authors shed new light on how to rethink the processes underlying the origins and evolution of knowledge, the boundary between teleonomic and teleological paradigms of evolution and their possible integration, the relationship between linguistics and biological sciences, especially with reference to the concept of causality, biological information and the mechanisms of its transmission, the difference between physical and biosemiotic intentionality, as well as an examination of the results offered or deriving from the application in the economics and the engineering of design, of biosemiotic models for the transmission of culture, digitalization and proto-design. This volume is of fundamental scientific and philosophical interest, and seen as a possibility for a dialogue based on theoretical and methodological pluralism. The international nature of the publication, with contributions from all over the world, will allow a further development of academic relations, at the service of the international scientific and humanistic heritage.
