Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la 27.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Investigación y Desarrollo del Razonamiento Basado en Casos, ICCBR 2019, celebrada en Otzenhausen, Alemania, en septiembre de 2019. Los 26 artÃculos completos presentados en este libro fueron cuidadosamente revisados ​​y seleccionados de 43 presentaciones. Se seleccionaron 15 para presentación oral y 11 para presentación en póster. El tema de la ICCBR 2019, "IA explicable (XAI)", se destacó mediante varias actividades.
