Este volumen analiza los efectos positivos que genera el turismo en la calidad de vida de los residentes, y cómo éste influye en la calidad de vida de los turistas al disfrutar de una experiencia enriquecedora en el destino que visitan. Proporciona importantes contribuciones teóricas y empÃricas, asà como estudios de casos relacionados con la calidad de vida en el marketing y la gestión hotelera y turÃstica. Este volumen es el resultado del esfuerzo que numerosos investigadores de todo el mundo han realizado para arrojar nueva luz sobre esta destacada lÃnea de investigación y añadir conocimiento sobre la relación entre turismo y calidad de vida tanto de residentes como de turistas.
