Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la 19.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Programación Entera y Optimización Combinatoria, IPCO 2017, celebrada en Waterloo, IN, Canadá, en junio de 2017. Los 36 artículos completos presentados fueron cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados entre 125 presentaciones. La conferencia es un foro para investigadores y profesionales que trabajan en diversos aspectos de la programación entera y la optimización combinatoria. El objetivo es presentar avances recientes en teoría, computación y aplicaciones en estas áreas.
