Este libro presenta la aplicación clínica del sistema hepático artificial (ELA) en la insuficiencia hepática. Se ha utilizado ampliamente en clínicas con el objetivo de brindar apoyo temporal a la función hepática mientras se mantiene la función extrahepática en pacientes con insuficiencia hepática. Este trabajo resume de manera integral el progreso de los hígados y el hígado artificial, por ejemplo, el principio y la implementación de Li-ALS, el trasplante de células y la aplicación combinada de hígado artificial y trasplante de hígado. Será útil para los médicos implementar un tratamiento con hígado artificial para salvar las vidas de los pacientes con insuficiencia hepática. |
