Este libro constituye las actas de la 9.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Inteligencia Artificial y Servicios Móviles, AIMS 2020, celebrada como parte de SCF 2020, del 18 al 20 de septiembre de 2020. La conferencia estaba prevista para realizarse en Honolulu, Hawaii, EE. UU. y fue cambió a un formato virtual debido a la pandemia de COVID-19. Los 11 artículos completos y 2 breves presentados fueron cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados entre 42 presentaciones.
