Tomando como punto focal el edificio en sí, el volumen entra y sale de cada vida involucrada y las luchas que la rodean: la renovación urbana, la limpieza étnica, la gentrificación y la gobernanza municipal de San Francisco en una época de crecimiento urbano en auge.
