Los desarrollos actuales en el modelado de la contaminación del aire se exploran como una serie de contribuciones de investigadores a la vanguardia de su campo. Esta contribución más reciente sobre la modelización de la contaminación del aire y su aplicación se centra en la modelización local, urbana, regional e intercontinental; modelado y procesamiento de emisiones; asimilación de datos y previsión de la calidad del aire; valoración y evaluación de modelos; transformación de aerosoles. Además, este trabajo también examina la relación entre la calidad del aire y la salud humana y los efectos del cambio climático en la calidad del aire. Este trabajo es una colección de artÃculos seleccionados presentados en la 37.ª Reunión Técnica Internacional sobre Modelización de la Contaminación del Aire y su Aplicación, celebrada en Hamburgo, Alemania, del 23 al 27 de septiembre de 2019.
