Este manual proporciona una visión general y una sÃntesis de la literatura relevante relacionada con el ocio y la recreación, y la actividad fÃsica y su relación con la calidad de vida. Dividido en dos partes, el texto presenta el análisis de los estudios de ocio y recreación y de actividades fÃsicas y deportivas, con poblaciones diversas. La primera parte trata del ocio y la recreación en relación con la calidad de vida, con diferentes perspectivas sobre diferentes grupos de edad, grupos étnicos, el enfoque de un Modelo Integrado de Bienestar del Ocio centrándose en cómo las actividades de ocio contribuyen al bienestar del ocio, etc. La segunda parte trata sobre las actividades fÃsicas y el deporte en relación con la calidad de vida, discutiendo la consideración de que "el ejercicio es bueno para ti", asociando el ejercicio fÃsico con otras condiciones de vida en sociedad, su impacto en las personas con discapacidad, etc. de interés para investigadores y estudiantes, legisladores, educadores, proveedores de servicios de ocio. . |
