Este volumen editado analiza de cerca el pensamiento de Nicos Poulantzas como un medio para comprender la dinámica del Estado capitalista y neoliberal en el siglo XXI. Nicos Poulantzas nos ha dejado una de las teorías del Estado más sofisticadas de la segunda mitad del siglo XX. La influyente teoría de Poulantzas se inspira en Marx, Lenin, Weber y Foucault, entre otros pensadores, y concibe la relación entre el capitalismo y el Estado como particularmente original. Este libro pretende utilizar la teoría del Estado capitalista de Poulantzas para comprender importantes tendencias políticas y económicas que han tenido lugar desde la muerte de Poulantzas en 1979. Al entrar en un diálogo con la investigación marxista y crítica actual en diversos campos como la ciencia política, la filosofía , sociología, historia y geografía, este volumen pretende evaluar la actualidad del pensamiento de Poulantzas. |
