Este libro se centra en los desafíos de gestión en diferentes tipos de empresas, desde pequeñas hasta grandes, desde privadas hasta públicas y desde servicios hasta manufactura en el contexto africano. Con datos empíricos de países tan diversos como Ruanda, Kenia y Etiopía, analiza la creciente importancia económica del continente africano, cubriendo temas relevantes sobre sostenibilidad y cuestiones ambientales, exportaciones, logística, cuestiones de recursos humanos, innovación e informes financieros. A través de diferentes ideas conceptuales y estudios de casos empíricos, la investigación presentada sirve como un recurso útil para académicos, estudiantes y formuladores de políticas interesados en estudios en profundidad sobre los desafíos de la gestión en África. |
