Este libro presenta la planificación y las prácticas de las ciudades verdes desde las tres dimensiones de la innovación en la construcción ecológica, el desarrollo comunitario y las estrategias de ciudades inteligentes, y sostiene que la implementación efectiva de la planificación de las ciudades verdes es una condición previa necesaria para alcanzar el desarrollo urbano sostenible.
