A través de la Sección 1 de este volumen se detallan los antecedentes y efectos del acoso laboral, el abuso emocional y el acoso. Además de discutir los factores causales individuales y organizacionales y los resultados adversos para los objetivos y las organizaciones, esta sección presenta cuestiones relacionadas con el afrontamiento y la supervivencia del objetivo y el poder versus la impotencia como dialéctica más que como soberanÃa.
