Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la 7.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Paradigmas de Computación Generalizada para la Salud Mental, MindCare 2018, celebrada en Boston, MA, EE. Los 19 artículos presentados fueron cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados entre 30 presentaciones y presentan informática avanzada. y tecnologías de la comunicación, desde el uso de sensores portátiles y entornos virtuales ecológicos hasta el uso de big data y técnicas de aprendizaje automático.
