Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la 23.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Principios y Práctica de Sistemas Multiagente, PRIMA 2020, celebrada en Nagoya, Japón, en noviembre de 2020. Los 19 artÃculos completos presentados y los 13 artÃculos breves fueron cuidadosamente revisados ​​y seleccionados entre 50 presentaciones. Debido al COVID-19, la conferencia se realizó en lÃnea.
