Este es el primero de dos volúmenes que juntos brindan una imagen integrada de la costa adriática montenegrina, presentando los componentes naturales del sistema, así como la composición química y los procesos químicos en el área ampliada. Este libro describe la biología y ecología de la alta mar de la costa montenegrina, con especial atención a su biodiversidad, flora y fauna, pesca, maricultura, reptiles marinos y mamíferos. Los datos han sido recopilados a través de proyectos nacionales e internacionales durante las últimas décadas y proporcionan al lector modelos y recomendaciones para la protección de esta región vital de la costa del Adriático, así como recomendaciones científicas para el uso sostenible de sus recursos biológicos. Dada la amplitud y profundidad de su cobertura, el libro ofrece una valiosa fuente de información tanto para investigadores, estudiantes y gestores ambientales. |
