Este libro editado examina la relación entre la materialidad de los artefactos y las técnicas de gestión, combinando el reciente interés académico por la sociomaterialidad con un enfoque en la gestión. Al explorar las técnicas de gestión, las herramientas sociales y materiales utilizadas por los actores para guiar o facilitar las actividades colectivas, los temas incluyen su sociomaterialidad, dimensión performativa, papel en el control de gestión, relación con el espacio organizacional y relación con la legitimidad organizacional. Este volumen explora particularmente las prácticas o procesos de valoración y legitimación que involucran técnicas de gestión, sus modalidades, especificidades y participación en la actividad colectiva dentro de las organizaciones. El objetivo general de los capÃtulos es explorar de diferentes maneras e instancias la forma en que los artefactos materiales pueden inscribir y hacer cumplir acciones gerenciales que afectan las prácticas laborales diarias. . |
