Este libro presenta la evolución del derecho administrativo italiano en el contexto de la UE, describiendo sus características distintivas y comparándolo con otras experiencias en toda Europa. Proporciona una visión completa del derecho administrativo en Italia, centrándose en los principales cambios ocurridos en las últimas décadas. Si bien los respectivos capítulos persiguen en general un enfoque jurídico, también consideran la influencia de factores económicos, sociales, culturales y tecnológicos en la evolución de la administración pública y del derecho administrativo. El libro está dividido en tres partes. La primera parte aborda cuestiones generales (por ejemplo, procedimientos y organización de las administraciones públicas, justicia administrativa). La segunda parte se centra en temas más específicos (por ejemplo, intervención pública en la economía, gestión sanitaria, gobierno local). En la tercera parte, se analiza la evolución del derecho administrativo italiano en una perspectiva comparada. |
