Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la 11.ª Conferencia de Doctorado Avanzado IFIP WG 5.5/SOCOLNET sobre Computación, Sistemas Eléctricos e Industriales, DoCEIS 2020, celebrada en Costa de Caparica, Portugal, en julio de 2020. Los 20 artículos completos y 24 artículos cortos presentados fueron cuidadosamente revisado y seleccionado entre 91 presentaciones. Los artículos presentan resultados seleccionados producidos en programas de doctorado en ingeniería y se centran en la innovación tecnológica para la industria y los sistemas de servicios.
