Este libro constituye las actas minuciosamente arbitradas del 9º Congreso Internacional de Telemática y Computación, WITCOM 2020, celebrado en Puerto Vallarta, México, en noviembre de 2020. Debido a la pandemia de COVID-19, la conferencia se llevó a cabo en lÃnea. Los 28 artÃculos completos y 3 artÃculos breves de este volumen fueron cuidadosamente revisados ​​y seleccionados entre 79 presentaciones.
