Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la 21.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Negocios de Software, ICSOB 2021, que se celebró del 2 al 3 de diciembre de 2021. La conferencia estaba originalmente prevista para realizarse en Drammen, Noruega, pero cambió a un formato en línea debido a la pandemia de COVID-19. El tema especial de ICSOB 2021 fue la sostenibilidad del software. Los 13 artículos completos y 5 artículos breves presentados fueron cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados entre 39 presentaciones.
